OBTAINING AN RMA

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we will readily exchange it or issue a refund.

All returns must be approved by a Mansfield Paper Company customer service representative. Failure to contact us and use our return label may result in additional processing fees and a delay in processing your credit or exchange.


This form is for customers that receive delivery via UPS or Fedex.
If you are a local customer that receives delivery on a Mansfield Paper Company truck, please call us at800-225-4641 to process a return.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fill out the form below. Your request will be submitted for review.
  • Please allow one business day to respond to all inquiries. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST.
  • Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return shipping labels, and further instructions..

Partial Case / Case Contents Partially Missing: If a case is delivered with some of the product inside missing, do not send the merchandise back with the driver as a "Refused Delivery". Call us immediately at 800-225-4641 to receive credit for the missing portion. We will not accept returns of partial cases.
