All returns must be approved by a Mansfield Paper Company customer service representative. Failure to contact us and use our return label may result in additional processing fees and a delay in processing your credit or exchange.

Partial Case / Case Contents Partially Missing: If a case is delivered with some of the product inside missing, do not send the merchandise back with the driver as a "Refused Delivery". Call us immediately at 800-225-4641 to receive credit for the missing portion. We will not accept returns of partial cases.
