What size and type of trash liners do you carry?

We carry liners on a roll ranging in sizes from 30x37 to 38x60; Ultratech Liners in 24x24 to 38x60; Biohazard Liners; Municipal Liners from 33x48 to 38x58; Steel Sacs from 30x36 to 39x56; and regular, heavy and x-tra heavy from 20x21 to 38x60.

What types of bags do you carry?

We carry natural and white paper bags from 1# to 25#, squats and grocery size with or without handles. We also carry plastic carry-out bags for your to-go items. Along with these, we carry all types of bags for your to-go food items such as bakery bags, sandwich bags, hot dog bags, popcorn bags, doggie bags, bread bags, french fry bags, ice bags, insulated bags and produce bags.

What size pastry and cake boxes do you carry?

Our pastry boxes range from 5.5x5.5x4 to 16x16x5 with most standard sizes having the option of a window. Our cake boxes come in 1/4, 1/2 and full sheet with some again having the option of a window. Our boxes are white, non-corrugated.

Do you carry pastry and cake boxes in different colors?

What types of cleaners do you carry?

All purpose, degreaser, glass, graffiti, gum, furniture, stainless steel, oven and grill, dish washing, hand soap, laundry detergent, disinfectant, bathroom, deodorizer's, floor, carpet, etc.

Do you carry environmentally friendly cleaners?

Yes, we carry a full line of cleaners from the manufacturer Envirox. Cleaners include Cleaner Degreaser, Mineral Shock, All Purpose Glass, Disinfectant, Tile & Grout Cleaner & Carpet Care. Visit our products page to view some of our environmentally friendly products.

What types of containers do you carry?

We carry microwaveable, deli, stackable, compartment, soup, salad, clamshells, etc. Many of these are available in foam, plastic, paper and aluminum. Visit our products page to view some of the containers we have available

What types of cups do you carry?

We carry hot cups in paper and foam and we also carry cup sleeves. Cold cups are available in plastic, foam and paper. We have gourmet coffee cups. Visit our products page to view some of the cups and lids we carry.

Do you offer custom print services?

Yes. We can custom print on most foodservice supplies, such as cups, plates, napkins, to go containers, ice cream containers, bakery boxes, paper bags, as well as many other items. The minimum order quantity varies.

Which sizes do you offer in custom printed paper cups?

9oz, 10oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz

Which sizes do you offer in custom printed plastic cups?

9oz, 12oz, 16oz, 17oz, 20oz, 21oz, 24oz, 30oz, 32oz, 44oz

Do you custom print coffee cup sleeves (cup buddies)?

Yes. Available in smooth wall, and textured wall. Can be printed from 1-4 colors, 1 side only. Fits standard size 10oz squat, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz paper hot cups.

Is there a minimum to print custom cups / containers / napkins / etc.?

Yes. The minimum order quantity varies between the items being printed, and even the size preference. Contact us with your order, and we'll let you know the minimum quantity required.

What is your custom print turn around time?

The lead-time varies between the items being printed, and even the size preference. Generally, at least 2 weeks, but can take as long as 4 weeks. Contact us with your order, and we'll let you know the turn around time.

Are rush services available?

Sometimes. Some of our products are on a set production schedule, while others are flexible and can be rushed for an extra charge. Feel free to ask!

Is there a setup fee for custom print orders?

Generally, yes. This fee covers the equipment setup to get your order customized. It is usually a one-time charge for your initial order, and is not charged in exact repeat orders.

What is camera-ready artwork, and how do I get it?

Camera-ready, or print ready, artwork is formatted correctly and ready to be printed.
The artwork file you send to us to get printed should be vector format, 300 ppi/dpi high resolution, fonts saved as outlines, in .EPS .AI or .PDF file format. This is typically created by a professional graphic designer. Low quality artwork such as cell phone camera pictures, business card scans, Word documents, .JPG files are not camera-ready and will not be accepted.

What is a #10 can?

A standard sized tin can in the food industry. The term "#10" does not mean 10 pounds. The actual weight and volume will depend on the product inside. On average, each #10 can will hold approximately 109 oz. A #10 can measures 6.25" diameter x 7" height.

How many dips will I get out of a 10lb. can of cone dip?

One can provides you with approximately 125-175 dips.

What kind of dipping container will I need to use for the cone dip?

Use a commercial cone dip warmer, between 95 - 105 °.

What types of ice cream toppings do you carry?

Candy mix-ins, syrups, hot fudge, sprinkles, dip tops, fruit toppings and more. Visit our products page to view more ice cream toppings. The Kalva dip toppings are a Kosher product.

Can I use my custom printed full color ice cream containers in a grocery freezer for retail?

No. The paper cold containers are freezer safe, but unfortunately the plastic lids are not. The lids will become brittle and crack if used in a grocery freezer. These containers are intended for use as in-house customer serving, take-out, or promotional events - not shelf retail.
