Can I Order Online?

Mansfield Paper's online ordering system ("Shop Mansfield") allows current customers to easily place orders online. In order to login, you must be a current Mansfield Paper customer and have your account activated for online ordering. To request an account, click HERE.

Can Anyone Order Online?

You must be a current Mansfield Paper customer to shop online. If you are a current customer and would like to activate your existing account for online ordering, click HERE. If you are NOT a current customer and would like to become one, you can do so by clicking HERE.

How Long Does It Take My Order To Reach Mansfield Paper When I Place It Online?

Mansfield Paper's online ordering system ("Shop Mansfield") is connected directly to our inventory and reflects real-time. Everything on the site is up to date, and your orders reach us instantly.

Will I Get An Order Confirmation?

Yes! After submitting an order you will receive an email confirmation. If you need to make a change to an order you've submitted, please call us at 800-225-4641 and we'll be happy to help.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order After It Has Been Submitted Online?

You will need to contact our Customer Service Department at 800-225-4641 to modify or cancel your order.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept business checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When you establish an account with us, you will have the opportunity to submit a credit application if you would like to request credit terms. Otherwise we are happy to process your credit card prior to shipping your order.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Sure! We'd love to see you. Our warehouse is located at 380 Union Street, West Springfield, MA 01089. You can call your order in ahead of time and we'll have it waiting for you. Please DO NOT submit your order online for "pickup" (not right now anyway, see us about that in the near future!)

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?

We ship to our local customers on our own private fleet of trucks. All orders outside of our local delivery area are shipped via UPS.

My Order Shipped UPS But Never Arrived. What Do I Do?

On the rare occasion where a carrier like UPS might lose a shipment, it’s our highest priority to find your items. Please contact us (and have your tracking number handy) to let us know your shipment has not been delivered and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.

Can I Return Consumable Items?

No. We are unable to accept returned consumable products. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use, untampered with, and have adequate shelf life.

Do You Charge A Restocking Fee?

Nope!

What Is Your Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we will readily exchange it or issue a refund. Our return process is simple and there are no restocking fees. All returns must be approved by a Mansfield Paper Company customer service representative. Please click on the "Merchandise Returns" link at the bottom of the site and send us a request.

Do You Ship To PO or APO/FPO Boxes?

We only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
